* lisp/eshell/em-term.el (eshell-term-sentinel):

No-op by default, only kills term buffer if
`eshell-destroy-buffer-when-process-dies' is non-nil.  (Bug#18108)
(eshell-destroy-buffer-when-process-dies): New custom to preserve
previous behavior.
